Reservation conditions
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay the reservation deposit within 24 hours of the date of receipt of the pre-reservation email. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Your bank details will be provided in the confirmation email. If the deposit is not made by transfer within the indicated period, the reservation will be cancelled.
Reservation cancellation
If you want to cancel your reservation, you can request it by replying to the reservation confirmation email. In case of cancellation of the reservation during the free cancellation period, the establishment will refund the amount paid for the total reservation. In case of cancellation of the reservation outside the free cancellation period or in case of no-show, the establishment will retain the deposit as cancellation fees.
